Executive Chef Tim Tibbits has introduced new appetizers like: Duck Confit Spring roll with loquat dipping sauce with chili & mint; and Seared Angus Beef Salad Rolls – Vietnamese inspired, Angus beef wrapped around scallion & garlic scented vegetables topped with Red Miso & lime vinaigrette.

New entrees include Crispy Skin Salmon – Scottish Salmon with wasabi-watercress sauce & a warm Soba noodle salad; Poached Lobster Tail – local lobster tail poached in lemongrass butter, sweet chili cauliflower, bok choy ragout, poppyseed truffle aioli; Grilled local Mahi Mahi on stir fried Udon noodles with grilled fruit salsa and Japanese sweet sauce.
